Who We Are

Ms Dlamini is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of Eswatini having been enrolled in the bar in 2012. Ms Dlamini holds an (LLM) Master of Laws with majors in Corporate Law from the University of South Africa. She has a wealth of experience in the regulation and supervision of the financial services sector having worked for the Financial Services Regulatory Authority for over 6 years.

Nelisiwe has over 10 years’ experience in litigation as an Attorney together with technical expertise in regulatory compliance and supervision of the financial services industry. Ms Dlamini is also a fully accredited member of the Compliance Institute of South Africa.
